RADD has been a great addition to the BeerBazaar site! The application is very easy to setup and gives a great user experience with “Stories” that can highlight new products, different aspects of the business, and user generated content! To have an added layer of social proof on the site from the user generated content has helped drive sales and improve conversion rates. We are always looking for fun and creative ways to interact with the our customers and this has been a strong tool overall.
